Our personalized items ship from several locations around the country, depending on the item ordered, the product will generally take anywhere from 8 - 20 business days for delivery. Listed below you will find specific processing and delivery timelines for products by prefix.
Note: The Prefix will be the first 2 or 3 letters followed by the Item Number. (Example ds-3926)
cc - Printing process takes 2 - 3 business days. Delivery 6 - 8 business days.
jds - Printing process takes 2 - 3 business days. Delivery 6 - 8 business days.
pp - Printing process takes 10 - 15 business days. Delivery 3 - 4 weeks.
ds - Printing process takes 10 - 15 business days. Delivery 3 - 4 weeks.
Note: If a personalized item is ordered after 5 p.m. (EST) or weekends, it will not be put in production until the next business day.
Upgrading shipping will only shorten the ship time, not the printing process time. Almost all of the personalized products that customers orders are for gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed. Because of this we do not offer rush service on the production time of our personalized products.
