SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR AN UNDAMAGED ITEM. Please let us know the following information if item was damaged upon delivery: 1. Your name, address, phone number or email address.
2. Date item ordered and order number.
3. Name of the website where your ordered your merchandise.
4. Did the shipping container show any signs of damage? If so, please do not destroy the carton the merchandise arrived in.
You WILL NOT be responsible for return shipping costs for merchandise that was damaged upon delivery.

4. Shipping charges back to JOAN KRISTUFEK ONLINE SALES (paradisefoundonline.com) must be paid by the consumer.
When the item has been returned and inspected, we will credit your account for the merchandise amount only.
Shipping costs to send the item to you will not be returned. Product must be returned in the original shipping carton (unless damaged) and have original packing.
Truck Deliveries - If you purchased a tiki bar or other large piece of furniture that came by truck, please inspect this furniture for shipping damage WHILE the delivery people are still there. If the furniture is damaged, REFUSE DELIVERY! Please let us know that you have refused delivery so we can send a new one ASAP.
