|Orgeat - is an almond syrup that you can often find in big liquor stores
Sugar Syrup - (also called rock candy syrup or simple syrup): Heat 3 parts water and 2 part superfine sugar in a saucepan for approximately 5 minutes. Allow to cool before adding to drink
Okolehao - [oh-koh-leh-HAH-oh] An 80 proof Hawaiian liquor made from a mash of the TI plant. It`s often substituted for rum and, like rum, comes in white (colorless) and golden versions. Okolehao is known on the islands as oke.

Juice of 1 lime
3/4 oz. Orange Curacao
2 oz. orgeat syrup
1/4/oz. rock candy syrup
2 oz. golden rum
splash of grenadine
Put ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a margarita glass. Fill with crushes ice. Decorate with slivers of spent lime rind and fresh mint.
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
3/4 oz. Puerto Rican Rum (gold)
1 oz. cream of coconut
Put in crushed ice in glass, add ingredients, and stir gently.
1 oz. dark rum
1 oz. gold rum
1 oz. 151 Proof rum
2 oz. gin
2 oz. vodka
4 oz. orange juice
4 oz. pineapple juice
4 oz. grenadine
Blend ingredients, add to punch bowl with ice. Garnish with orange slices, cherries, and/or orchids (and plastic scorpions) Serves 6-8

1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
Shake with ice cubes, then strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. bourbon
3 oz. chilled ginger ale
Juice of 1/2 lime
Pour into a Suffering Bastard Mug or glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint.
1 oz. 99 Bananas
1 oz. coconut rum
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cranberry juice
